Dear customers, we would like to inform you about shipping options in our online smoke shop and provide you information about transit time, package tracking etc.
Our packages are being shipped all over the world, mostly to the USA, Canada, European Union etc. If your country is not listed among the states in the shopping cart, please contact us and ask whether we can ship to your place or not. We will not willingly send packages to the countries where import of our goods is prohibited or illegal. All packages are shipped as priority registered mail and your ID and signature is required upon delivery. We can send to P.O. Boxes. If you are not at home during delivery, the postal service should leave you a note about the package and you can either contact them to arrange new delivery or pick it up yourself at your local post office/FEDEX depo.

Shipping cost is $14.5 for all countries. This shipping is free with orders over $99!
USA, Canada - transit time 14-20 business days.
Europe - transit time 3-10 business days.
Australia and Oceania - trasit time 20-60 business days.
Packages are being delivered by regular postal services as USPS, Canadian Post, Royal Mail etc. Packages are dispatched every business day.
Tracking numbers are available and sent by e-mail in 1-2 business days. Tracking information are not detailed, customer can see the date of package acceptance and other basic information about the package movement.

Shipping cost starting at $32.
American global courier delivery services FEDEX for quick and professional delivery. Transit time to the USA and Canada is only 5-7 business days and 5-8 business days to Australia and Oceania.These priority packages are being dispatched every business day. Customer is usually informed about delivery time by a phone call from the courier in advance.
Tracking number is generated once the package is shipped and is sent to customer's e-mail. Tracking information are very detailed along with estimated delivery time
Delayed packages
Although this happens very rarely, if you don't receive your package within 90 days since the posting day, please contact our customer support and we will make the necessary arrangements. If your package was lost, we will send you a replacement free of charge or issue a refund.
All products in stock and personalized orders
All glass products and smoking accessories available in our online smoke shop are present in our stock - ready to be shipped. In the case of temporary unavailability of goods, the customer is informed via e-mail about the prolongation of shipping time (it is not longer than a week, our glass blowers are doing their best to make glass masterpieces for you).
If you ordered or plan to order personalized bong or pipe with your own inscription, please be aware that making a custom piece takes our glass blowers 5-14 business days. So personalized orders are being dispatched once they are hand blown right for you.
