Items in preorder - like customized pipes and bongs, are dispatched usually in 3 days - 7days at maximum. If item are not available for your order, ExcellentPipes.com will inform you by e-mail at your e-mail address given in your order form and offer replacement or other solution.
You warrant that all informations provided by you are complete and accurate.
Once you complete your order you will be sent an e-mail confirming your order. It will state what the products are, the cost (including VAT and P&P) and delivery and invoice details. If your order has been unsuccessful you will receive an e-mail with all possible reasons.

As we are makers of bongs, bubblers, pipes, one-hitters and other glass smokeshop goods, we can modify any of our bongs or pipes according to your needs. We make glass pipes and water bongs for a long time and our production methods are traditional and proved. It is a precise hand work and art glass blowing. See video from our glassworks!
