The Post Office, in their infinite wisdom, HELD my package, without sending me a notice, for over a week, and was scheduled for shipment back to you sometime next week, as refused. This system hasn't worked right since it was de-regulated..... The glass is INTACT, and BEAUTIFUL. Smokes like a dream. My apologies for our inept postal service. I have a suggestion for a future product. A single hit, small slider, with a shorter stem. (would make your slider more of a universal replacement.) What a beautiful pipe. I have to say, I had some reservations about ordering from the Czech Republic especially since I have about 3 headshops not far from where I could have gone. It was all about ordering out of the country in general than anything to do with the Czech Republic. I rolled the dice though because of the really awesome price and free gift(not to mention the gorgeus pipe) and now that I recived my pipe I couldn't be happier. Even though you have the weight and length listed I had a mental picture how big the thing was gonna be. Pipes like that around here go for about 50 + dollars USD. When I actually took it out of the box and saw how much bigger it was than I thought I was overjoyed. Pipes like THAT go for 60+ dollars and no free gift to boot. You have a 100% satisfyed customer and I will for sure be ordering from you in the future. I will also tell my friends about you guys.
